At last a real proven training guide for MMA strength and power building.

Are you an active fighter who wants to increase your explosive strength and power so you can dominate your opponent?

Are you a beginner who wants to know where to start?

Are you a fan of MMA who is also lifting iron for a bit of strength, muscle growth and to look and feel good?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you are in the right place.

It takes guts to fight, it takes guts to train your ass off week in, week out. And it takes guts to accept there may be better ways of doing things.

We’re going to give you a totally Free MMA strength and power training guide. This guide has been developed by guys who have been involved in the martial arts for as long as 30 years, and who have weights instructor qualifications from top organisations.

If you’re asking yourself why are they giving this away, and why should I listen to them, here’s why:

We built our business on supplying supplements that helped Top fighters as seen on The Ultimate Fighter, and many other top promotions, to win.

Battle tested. We don’t give you any Training Guides, Programs or Supplements that we haven’t tried in fights ourselves. If it doesn’t work for us, we don’t recommend for you.

Putting something back – we recognise that there are thousands more recreational & club fighters than there are elite athletes. We compete in& sponsor local events & clubs, as well as fighters in global promotions.

Guides devised by qualified weights coaches – we’re talking about people doing weights for over 25 years, we’re talking about guys whose qualifications to teach people how to train go back 20 years (with top up training along the way so we stay state of the art).

As you know, when you’re on the inside track, you get access to information and offers that not everyone gets to know about. We plan toshare these with you via our newsletter.

The winning principles & strategies are all laid out here. Page after page of great training tips and principles that REALLY WORK... Using our FREE guide you can head for success.

Here are the key principles:
.

  1. Work Hard, Really Hard

This may sound obvious, but MMA is as intense an activity as you can do physically (no shit Sherlock!), so your training needs to mirror this intensity. That doesn’t mean hours in the weights pit, no way, it means short, unbelievably intense sessions.

  2. Add Resistance.
  3. This is the most fundamental thing we are going to tell you, so take note – your body will adapt to whatever training program you put it through. So to keep increasing your performance & growing strength & power, you need to keep adding resistance ie lifting heavier weights or the same weights more.

  4. Specific Training for Specific Results.
  5. The biggest reason most MMA guys fail to maximise their strength & power gains is because they aren’t clear enough on what they are specifically trying to achieve. If you need to be able to lift up an opponent who weighs 185 lbs& slam them into the ground, you need to train specifically to do that. We see so many guys go & train with their friends who are doing other totally different sports, or maybe just working out so they look good on the beach. They may be able to do 10 sets of bicep curls & 10 sets of bench press & leave it there, but that (alone) is not going to help your MMA. Our free guide lays out exactly the kind of movements & exercises you should be doing, specifically, to raise MMA performance.

  6. Prepare & Recover

You really must plan what you will do in the gym before you get there. Plan out what exercises you will do & how many sets/reps you will shoot for. You also need to prepare your Nutrition to make sure your body maximises recovery after. Dehydration, or delaying replenishing your bodies energy systems & muscles for as much as 30 minutes after a workout will inhibit your performance for 48 hours & will fail to maximise strength & power growth.

You then need to recover. MMA training is so intense & complex due to all the different disciplines you need to master, that you MUST ensure your body has adequate rest & recovery opportunity, AND sufficient nutritional input. This is even more critical when you overlay a taxing lifting programme over the top.
